The international exchange “Team for Healthy Life”, which was held in Pietra Ligure (Savona) from 1st to 9th September 2014, involved thirty-eight participants under eighteen and twelve accompanying adults coming from Italy, Bulgaria, Finland, Estonia, Poland.
The main topics of the exchange were sport, healthy living and social inclusion. For this reason, the participants presented and discussed their understanding of healthy life style, they enjoyed sport activities outdoors, and they visited typical food shops in the town.
The final event was held at the Pietra Ligure stadium, where the participants presented “P.E.CO. Ball “, a new sport invented by them, and participated in a flashmob for the presentation of the project.
The T4HL activities also promoted the intercultural learning of the participants, the majority of them at their first exchange experience, thanks to the non-formal education activities specific to their age group.
